"Our move from Austin to San Diego went very wrong when our moving truck kept breaking down. We were so stressed because the time was nearing when you all were supposed to come to our new place and unload the truck which was the original plan. So Monday morning came and the truck was still broken down & had been towed to Penske's service center. I gave you guys a call thirty minutes before you were supposed to be here and asked if we could change the move from a simple matter of unloading our truck at our new home to a complex event that had you guys bringing a truck to Penske's mechanic shop, unloading it, repacking my stuff, then loading it onto your truck and moving it to our new place. Your man Ira went to work for us and was able to bring it all together within minutes. I was so relieved when he told me not to worry that he would personally go to the rental truck place and help the two other movers unpack the broken down truck and load the stuff into your truck. You guys really saved our behinds on this one. Everyone that we worked with at Priority Moving was adaptable to our changing needs listening & responding to the events as they unfolded. The guys unloading the truck here were patient, professional & understanding with some of our items needing to be off loaded in the alley access to the garage & others from the street into the front of the house. What had started for them that day as an easy truck unload turned into a full day of unloading, repacking, reloading, & unloading again. We can not express our thanks for a job so well done by Priority Moving. We will highly recommend your professional services to everyone we can. Thanks again you were truly the bright spot in the move from Hell!"

"I just wanted to drop you an email and tell you that Phillip and Ira did an excellent job of moving us on Thursday. They were professional, courteous, and took special care of all our possessions. I could not have expected anyone to work any faster...especially in the heat. It would have taken my boyfriend and me about 20 trips to move all the stuff we had so it was worth every penny! I have to mention...at one point my insane neighbor came home and apparently the moving truck was blocking her parking space. She started yelling at Phillip instead of just asking him to move the truck. I have seen this crazy woman in action and I would not blame anyone for telling her off, but Phillip remained calm and simply moved the truck to accommodate her. I am hoping we will not be moving any time soon, but I will recommend Priority Moving to anyone I know who may be moving in the future."

"The driver and his staff were extremely professional. They showed up on time, moved our house efficiently, and were very courteous. It is not very often during an emotional situation such as moving do things go as well as they did last Friday. Not one piece of furniture or contents of any box were damaged, even though we moved into a third story apartment without the use of an elevator. I will recommend Priority Moving to all my friends. "I can't tell you how FABULOUS your crew was. I stayed up all night prior to the move, trying to prepare; when they arrived, I'd been up for over 24 hours and was really feeling drained. They were so tremendous to us, went above and beyond in what we asked, were VERY polite, efficient, and far out-performed any other mover I've ever dealt with. (I did find the box of food about an hour after I called - I had put it in a cardboard box of my own, while they had lent me the rubbermaid containers, and in my sleep deprived state, had forgotten). I will recommend Priority at EVERY possible opportunity."
